Technicky orientovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f s vysokou kvalifikac\u00ed je nedostatek, chyb\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad IT konzultanti nebo IT analytici.  Nedostatek pracovn\u00edk\u016f tak kompenzuj\u00ed cizinci. A to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee n\u00e1bor cizinc\u016f je z administrativn\u00edho hlediska komplikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a tuzemsk\u00e9 podniky na sv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance \u0159adu m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f \u010dekaj\u00ed.
